Collection & Delivery

At LOOTERS, we give you the option to place your order through our online store, and skip the queues at the till and enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience.

Select our option to “CLICK & COLLECT” at the checkout or alternatively select the applicable Province you need your order(s) delivered to.

  1. Once your order has been placed online, our friendly staff will receive your order at our warehouse and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
  2. Orders are checked and packed with care within 72 Hours.
  3. We will contact you once your order is ready to be collected. Please ensure to bring either proof of payment or a copy of your ID or drivers license when collecting your order in-store.
  4. Should you reside outside the WESTERN CAPE REGION, your order will be processed within 72 Hours.
  5. If there are any stock issues with your order, we will notify you. Please note that there is a 10% ORDER CANCELLATION/HANDLING FEE for orders cancelled after it has been packed and processed
